About

Hi, I'm Mohamed Shembesh.

A medical student who builds the study resources he wishes existed. Online, I go by Shembosis. It's the name on every tool, deck, and guide I make.

The track record behind the tools

I build study tools for exams I've topped, with code I've been writing since I was a teenager.

The story

From scattered files to one system

I never set out to build a brand. Shembosis is just my name. This started as me making the things I wish someone had handed me in med school, and they added up into one place.

The problem

Scattered everywhere

My notes, decks, and tools lived across Drive, Gumroad, and a half-dozen sites. Nobody could find anything, including me.

The build

One resource at a time

Hemoblast for hematology. A forensic crammer. MedOS for AI. StudyFlow to run my life. Each solved a problem I actually had.

The hub

Shembosis

This site pulls all of it into one home, so students get the whole system instead of a scavenger hunt.

How I work

Three rules behind everything.

They keep the resources honest, and they keep your trust earned.

1

Outcomes over volume

I'd rather give you the 20% that earns 80% of the marks than bury you in everything. Every resource is high-yield.

2

Build in public, use it myself

I don't sell theory. Every tool here is one I use to get through real exams and deadlines.

3

Earn trust before the ask

Free first. Most resources let you try before you buy, so you're never paying on faith.

A passion project

Not everything I build is for sale.

Cadence is a study app I built for my friends and family with ADHD. It's a passion project, not a money play. I went through 115 research papers to get it right. It's live at cadenceadhd.com if you want to see it.

Cadence

Study with your ADHD brain, not against it.

Want the whole toolkit?

Every guide, site, and deck I've made lives on one page.
