What students say

Med students use this in their real exams

Real feedback from medical students who studied with my resources.

Your hematology site got me a 5 in heme. It's amazing, and the minimals section is so nice to quiz with.
MMakoMedical student · on Hemoblast
I spent a while going through Hemoblast and honestly it's seriously good. The notes are the best part: accurate, properly high-yield, and the exam-trap boxes hit exactly the stuff people get wrong. The comparison tables for iron studies, AIHA and VWD are gold, the Lab Decoder with the sliders is a genuinely clever idea, the quiz feels like UWorld, and the flashcards and search all work nicely.
AAneel MassoudMedical student · on Hemoblast
I skimmed the leukemias, which usually takes me a whole day to get the treatment modes and cross-reference the lectures. Here it's all just sitting there, organized, and the lab decoder is so intuitive. 10/10, nothing negative to say. Designed by someone who understands how medical knowledge flows.

I'd highly recommend these forensic medicine notes to anyone preparing for exams. The material is clear, concise, and easy to follow, which makes even complex topics easier to remember. What I appreciated most was the logical structure and attention to detail, which saved me a lot of study time. Accurate, well-presented, and an efficient study guide for forensic medicine.

For the Hematology Cram Pack, I like that every section is categorized: you study the content first, then the flashcards, then the minimals. It keeps everything organized, and the content itself is well structured. It uses all the study methods from your guide, and even though I'm not advanced in hematology, I trust you used the books, lectures and notes to give the most accurate content.

First impression is amazing: smooth to navigate and I love the design. The way it's divided gives a real order to studying, and the timer is a nice touch. The notes are good and the Anki was great, nothing to change.
AAhmad Al-Manaseeron Hemoblast · University of Debrecen
I'm liking it a lot, very easy to use and not confusing. I really like the section where you can see the different types of red blood cells. It's very concise: super useful to test myself and know exactly what I should focus on.

Mashallah, clean. It honestly got me inspired.

The Complete Build

Want none of the DIY? I build your entire system end to end: your life dashboard and a study site for your whole degree, with everything I make rolled in. The maxed-out version of what I do.

I build real things, not just slides. Cadence (cadenceadhd.com), a study app I made for friends and family with ADHD, is one of them.

Why this exists

I build the resources I wish I'd had.

I'm Mohamed, a medical student. I got tired of scattered notes, bloated courses, and study tools that fight you, so I built my own: cram sites, AI systems, and a shared Drive. Shembosis is where they all live.

  • Built to be high-yield

Every resource gets you exam-ready faster instead of padding a word count.

  • I use these myself

The exact tools I rely on in real med-school deadlines.

  • Free to try, fair to own

Most resources have a free tier. Pay only once you know it works for you.
